The Waakye Party brought together friends, families and colleagues to celebrate one of Ghana’s favourite foods, Waakye. Reggie Rockstone’s Rocks Waakye was a highlight for many who love the Godfather of Hiplife’s food. Organizers of the event also served free waakye for guests. This year’s Waakye Party was dubbed ‘The Games Edition’ because they featured classic games like chaskele, alikoto, kpitinge and oware for people to enjoy themselves while eating waakye.
