Washington DC – 24 September 2024 – The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) is proud to announce its 2024 global series, kicking off in Washington DC at The Royal Sonesta Hotel on 10th October 2024. Following the DC event, the Expo will continue with stops in London at the Pestana Hotel in Chelsea Bridge on 9th and 10th November 2024, and conclude in Accra at the Alisa Hotel in North Ridge on 16th and 17th December 2024.

The GPLE is a platform, offering attendees the opportunity to engage directly with real estate experts and explore lucrative investment opportunities in Ghana’s rapidly growing real estate market. This year’s theme, “Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment,” highlights the potential of Ghana’s real estate sector as a secure and profitable investment for both local and international investors.

The Expo will feature dynamic panel discussions, interactive sessions, and expert-led workshops focused on property investment, financial planning, legal advice, and estate management. Attendees will have access to a diverse range of property options, including residential, commercial, and beachfront developments, allowing them to explore the full spectrum of Ghana’s real estate offerings.

“We are thrilled to bring GPLE to Washington DC and expand our reach across three continents,” said Anna Agyekum, Co-Founder of GPLE and On Point Property Management Ltd. “The Expo has become a trusted platform for buyers seeking secure real estate investments in Ghana.” She said they are excited to showcase the country’s thriving real estate, tourism, and lifestyle sectors to a global audience.

One of the highlights of this year’s event is the inclusion of Ghana in Time Out magazine’s Top 40 Neighborhoods Worldwide, with Accra’s Cantonments being a standout area. As Ghana solidifies its position as the gateway to Africa, property demand from the diaspora and international investors continues to surge.

Co-organiser of the event, Victoria Agyekum added, “Since our inaugural Expo in 2017, we’ve seen incredible growth in demand for property investment in Ghana, especially from the diaspora. We’re excited to host this year’s Expo series in Washington DC, London, and Accra to continue addressing the needs of potential buyers and investors.”

The Washington DC event will be part of Ghana Week DC, a week-long event organised in partnership with the Ghana Embassy in Washington DC, Ghana Tourism Authority, and Beyond the Return. The Expo aims to build stronger connections between Ghana and the U.S., spotlighting investment potential alongside Ghana’s vibrant culture. In addition to real estate, the Expo will highlight local products, services, and tourism offerings, promoting Ghanaian businesses to an international audience.

Attendees of the GPLE will also have the opportunity to network with government officials, industry professionals, and other stakeholders, gaining key insights into doing business in Ghana, investing in the real estate market and lifestyle industries. With growing demand for luxury properties, particularly in Accra, the Expo will be a valuable resource for investors looking to capitalize on this dynamic market.
